Pangbourne College's Carol Service in the Falkland Islands Memorial Chapel is always a highlight of the end of the Michaelmas Term, and although this year the service had to be adapted to suit current times, the College did not let this hamper their Christmas spirit!
Whilst Coronavirus has changed lots of things about this school year, students at St Columba’s College in St Albans have enjoyed plenty of Christmas festivities whilst adhering to social distancing.
The planting of 1000 trees started this week at Highfield and Brookham Schools. The planting is taking place along Highfield Lane and will be a native woodland mix including Oak, Crab Apple, Scots Pine, Beech, Hazel and Holly amongst other species.
Moreton Hall Prep School in Weston Rhyn have raised a staggering £900 in sponsorship during their annual Santa Run, held within the 100 acre grounds at Moreton Hall.
Students, staff and members of the Millfield community have donated over 50 Christmas food hampers to vulnerable local families in the Street area. The joint initiative with Millfield’s food supplier Chartwells is aimed at ensuring everyone has a special meal on Christmas day.
